Zak McKracken 8-bit Figurine
I recieved a request from a friend to make an 8-bit model of the character Zak McKracken from the game Zak McKracken and The Alien Mindbenders for printing. For this, I had to find screenshots from the game and crop out Zak's sprites using Adobe Photoshop CC to use as references and box model everything in 3DS Max. David Fox, one of the game designers for the game, can be seen holding 2 printed versions of the figurine in the photograph above, which has been painted by a friend.
